Information Collation & Presentation

We have our systems in place for helping create the information packs on your businesses, including information collation, copywriting, graphics design works and more.

Trust Accounting

We operate the trust account for the firm; as required by law, we are audited yearly.

We provide your clients and respective solicitors the trust receipts, handle any refunds, payments and disbursements.

Invoice Billing

We take care of the billing and invoicing, collecting and paying of commissions and listings.

Sales Advice

We handle the sales advices and liaise with the solicitors on your behalf.

Depending on the state or territory, we also draft the business sale contracts.

People Person 

Our business is based on referrals from satisfied clients, so strong interpersonal skills are paramount. You must be comfortable speaking with others.


As long as you are willing to learn and take on board advice & suggestions. We can teach you most of the skills necessary to successfully sell, negotiate and assist with conflict resolution.

Your role as a broker is not just to sell a business; it's to find the right buyer for a business.


What’s the difference?

A buyer is anyone with the funds, and the right buyer is the person to whom the vendor (your client) will be best off selling their business to.


As a broker, you need to think outside the box; not every business is profitable, not every business has paperwork that is clear and concise.


Your duty is to find the best possible way to present the business, its potentials, flaws, and the opportunities that are there without being unethical or hiding any details. At the same time, you must never embellish the truth.
